In September of 2021, I was honored by Gareth Lock and asked to be a speaker at his Human Factors in Diving Conference. This online symposium had many excellent presentations by a number of very well known and respected individuals, all aimed at improving dive safety by addressing systemic failure modes and the best practices for optimizing these factors.
